I saw in a dream

I saw in a dream
the sun and the moon
set together
the moon was north of the sun

then I woke up
hot and tired
some dreams have meaning
does this one?

is the inner voice
that gives me dreams
giving me astronomy
or inner lights?

I am grateful
for unexciting dreams
revealing inner truth
without need for drama

I am grateful
for my beautiful rich life
my outer truth
without need for drama

my feelings are new and fresh
even when they repeat
the moment always lasts forever
my heart knows how to love

my fingers know how to write
the poetry of my warrior
protecting me and mine
to give me a peaceful heart
